Is it easy to return items?
Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. You will receive your store credit or exchange thereafter.
How soon will I get my store credit?
You will receive an automatic Instant Refund voucher in the form of store credit once your return/exchange has been processed.
In instances where you are both returning an item and exchanging an item simultaneously, you will receive an automatic Instant Refund voucher in the form of store credit only for the item being exchanged, and will receive store credit for the item being returned after the item has been received and inspected by the Customer Service Team.
In instances where you are returning an item that was purchased using credit from a previous return through Returnly, an automatic Instant Refund voucher will not be issued. Instead, you will receive store credit on a gift card for the item being returned after the item has been received and inspected by the Customer Service Team. Once your items are inspected by the Customer Service Team, you'll receive your credit typically within 48 hours.
What items are eligible for exchange or store credit?
- Items purchased in the last 15 days.
- Items that are NOT listed as Final Sale (all Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned).
